Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Individual Entrepreneur EVGENII GUTIN, Registration ID 345805827, located at Egnate Ninoshvili street, N 2, Batumi, Georgia (“Bentry,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to and use of the Bentry platform available at bentry.io and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Bentry is a multi-agent research workspace. Users create research maps composed of nodes, where each node operates as an AI agent capable of web search, file analysis, chart generation, and related research tasks. The Service enables branching into sub-topics, setting cascading instructions, and compressing findings into structured briefs.

3. Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (currently Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under the following subscription plans:

Bentry reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ advance written notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Billing and Payment

All payments for paid subscription plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle collects payment on our behalf, calculates and remits applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, and GST), and issues invoices and receipts directly to you.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service and privacy policy, available on Paddle’s website. Bentry does not directly process, transmit, or store payment card information.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of any charge by contacting us at support@bentry.io. All refunds within this period are granted unconditionally.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@bentry.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellation, except as provided under the Refund Policy above.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service, except through APIs we explicitly make available.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

Bentry and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Bentry’s trademarks or branding.

You retain full ownership of the content you create within the Service, including research maps, node content, and uploaded files (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Bentry a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

10. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Bentry does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data or User Content to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Bentry does not use User Content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve machine learning models. AI-generated responses within the Service are produced by third-party model providers whose APIs prohibit the use of input data for model training.

11. Data Storage and Reliability

Bentry employs commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain the integrity, availability, and security of your data. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular backups, and access controls.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bentry does not warrant uninterrupted availability or guarantee against data loss. You are encouraged to maintain independent copies of critical research data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bentry’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Bentry in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Bentry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if Bentry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Modifications to Terms

Bentry may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of material changes by email or through a notification within the Service. The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service before they take effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Batumi, Georgia.
